An all new origin story is created with the Creeper. Jack Ryder a journalist plans on filming a live documentary about the origin of the Joker only yo have the Joker push Mr. Ryder into the same chemical dip that Joker fell into years earlier but, before he does he sprays him with his Joker Gas. the combination of the two create the Creeper, much to the Joker's Chagrin. Joker sets out to fine the Creeper whom he feels is stealing his act. The Creeper on the other hand wants revenge on Joker for tuning him into the Creeper. once the two meet it is the Creeper who gets the last laugh.
