you really seem to have something against Thor fans, have you read any of Sif's early stuff in Thor (she saved him fairly often)
and for her being Thor's girlfriend, that is kind of a huge part of her character (allways has been) if you want a character who isn't Thor's girlfriend, than you don't really want Sif

Yes I disagree, and I found it funny because you're proving my point without even realizing it. You're saying that Sif is Thor's girlfriend, and by her not just being Thor's girlfriend she's acting out of character? That is a huge problem that Marvel is trying to fix with JiM, and the fact that you'd actually say If I don't want to read about Thor's girlfriend Sif isn't for me? I'm sorry but Sif has a lot more potential as a character then that, so maybe Sif isn't for you.
