RULES:

• Current ATSV Trio
• Comic Versions of Dick, Todd, Damian and Tim
• Dawn of Justice Batman with his armor from the movie
• Alfred fills in as the 6th member of the Bat Team and provides mid ranged support with the Nightcrawler, Bat Mobile and other Gear
• Each team has basic knowledge of their enemies
• The Bat Family has access to all their gear and weapons
• All 3 Peters have standard gear and suits and Holland has EDITH but can only summon 5 drones
• The Spiders are immune to Joker Toxins
• Both sides have a day's prep time
• As mentioned before, the Spiders fight Batman's Villains while The Batfam fights the Spidermen villains.
• Movie and animated versions of the villains

How does this go?

With a day of prep the LA Spider trio come up with a cure for Clayface, and Manbat, and a antivenom for Bane… then jump the remaining villains.

The Bats can probably do something similar with prep, relying on the comic robins… tho I think they have a harder time as the spider villains are tougher and faster.
