I am fine with both, if the question is, which is better between bi and gay. But I would rather prefer that they have their own biopics children and at least be masculine or feminine according to their biological genders.

Bi since a bi person can at least act straight, which would make family gatherings (or any contact with my family for that matter) a lot easier for me and my kid.

Several people in this thread should not have children. Actually being willing to cast out your kid because of their sexual orientation is horrible. Less disgusting but still pretty insidious is the weird obsession with insisting that your kid is in some way obligated to give you a grandchild. You can prefer that they'd do that, but saying that you'd be unhappy or not okay with them if they don't is bordering on homophobia, even if it's not overt like in the case of those proposing straight up abandonment.
