The Dreamer

Origin

Hugo and his twin, Ramona, were Latverian runaways on Doom Island, a Latverian territory in the Pacific Ocean. While the X-Men and the Fantastic Four were on the island to supervise Doctor Doom's experiments with Franklin Richards, a few members from each team went to look for them after Emma Frost perceived their anxiety, however, Ramona and Hugo chose to stay with Doom, who promised to protect all Latverian mutants after he predicted Krakoa would end in tragedy.

Creation

Hugo first appears in X-Men/Fantastic Four (2020) #3 by Chip Zdarsky and Terry Dodson

Hugo was given the codename The Dreamer and trained as a member of the Seven Daggers of Latveria, Doctor Doom's version of X-Men.

Powers & Abilities

Dreamwalking: Hugo is capable of psychically entering someone's dreams.

Appearance: Hugo has purple circles around his eyes.
