The Amazon princess, blessed with god-like super abilities, Wonder Woman is one of Earth's most powerful defenders of peace, justice, and equality and a member of the Justice League. She is considered an archetype for many heroines outside of comic book. Her initial origin depicted her as a clay baby brought to life by patron goddess Aphrodite, but in recent years she has been depicted as the daughter of Zeus and Amazon queen Hippolyta.
@tedirey: wrinkles don't suit her in ythat JL future though ;)
Anyway, its safe to say she is immortal then???
I don't know, there are more comics that says the Amazons are immortal, I don't know if I should believe them.
Of course, she's suppose to be immortal. There are instances usually alternate timelines or versions of her where she would sacrifice her immortality to become human and marry Steve Trevor like Earth 1.
she isn't a regular Amazon though.
she is a demigod.
then again, not every demigod is immortal.
based on that Future State description, her sisters passed away so they are most likely not immortal.
How is wonder woman ageless in young justice but not in others? Should she not be allow to age?
Well it makes sense that she is ageless, since that was the originla intent. WMM showed her drinking from the Fountain of Youth which keeps her apparent age at early to mid 20's.
As to why she isn't ageless in other incarnations, I guess it depends on the intent of the creators of said incarnations. Maybe they want her to age, and thus insert an addendum in her origin story where she is only ageless on Paradise Island, but once she leaves, she ages like anyone else in Man's World.
Also, maybe those non-ageless incarnation creators have not forgotten that despite her fantastical abilities, she is still a human being---originally, in the initial incarnation. Becuz Amazons are human...not aliens (ie. Kryptonians)

WW origin has been changed a few times.
she is now a demigod.
based on Future State: Immortal Wonder Woman, she is... well immortal :)
Her immortality is probably undebatable I think but what about her age? How old is she currently? @tedirey@agent41
Grail is born at the time of Roman Centurions. The existence of centurion rank went right back to the first armies of Rome in the mid-8th century BCE. At most, she's almost 3,000 years old.
Thanks! That's pretty cool. What happened to 23 years old thing?

That's the latest we got. Grail is born at the same time as Diana. That 23 year thing is also from New 52, right? Well, this just supersedes that with the Grail timeline as the latest.
True. I wish writers would be more consistent with her age and immortality. It's not that important but still...
