The Forge saying he love Storm was strange. It make me think he a stalker. Very Rushed IMO

Yeah, that's been sort of a problem with the show so far. They just seem to do things because "it happened in the comics" even if things feel a bit nonsensical in terms of continuity of the show.

Never thought I'd see the Adversary show up in X-Men media. What a wild time to be alive I guess.

Exactly. I want to love this show but this is getting a little tiresome.

I was not expecting Mojo to return.

The fact that they bought in Glob Herman and Pixie as cameos on the show makes me smile.

Okay, really digging that they took notes from "E For Extinction" and "Hellfire Gala" for Episode 5.

Episode 5 was quite good. I felt legitimately worried about all these characters even though I know on a logical level time travel would be used to reverse most of these major events

That was so good!!

Best episode so far. It was really good.

It was good and I see where they going with those deaths.

Wow... That was pretty great

The series so far is the best content the MCU has put out in years, like wow.

I did not think they would go there. While I mourn for potential storylines for Emma Frost that no longer will be viable, this was still masterfully done.

Ep 5 was a heart breaker! What a way to go!

Seems like Marvel is giving us this series as a coming of age. We're now adults and can handle themes that never could've been broached in the old series. It's balls to the wall now. Let's strap in and enjoy the ride!

Okay, so 97 is the real deal. That latest episode embodied true X-Men agony. So many great scenes. Scott "cheating" with his baby momma. Scott losing his shizzle during the media interview. Magneto and Rogue's club dance (great music btw.) Magneto's sacrifice. Gambit's sacrifice. The Watcher???????!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent episode. Either way prolly cable is going to time travem and save gambit and everyone else.

Lmao! Cable doing time travel is a very popular theory.

If this is the route they actually go, then choosing Gambit as the casualty was a good choice. People love Gambit far too much to want it to be permanent.

Episode 5 was crazy. Stressed me out, honestly. Beau DeMayo said some things about this episode, and how it came to be.

If Magneto survived that attack, he's probably going to revert back to his villainous ways. Calling it now.

Episode was good. Whoever wrote it needs a raise, or at the very least not to work for Marvel Disney anymore because they are too talented for that clown show.

I found it funny that Genosha was home to, sans Nightcrawler, all the shittiest, modern mutant characters, like Glob, Pixie etc. I was quasi rooting for Master Mold hahaha.

There is a line delivered that "Terrorists don't get elected to leader" from Val Cooper (could be wrong about that) or something along those lines.

That's funny because Magneto's reinvention by Claremont in the 80s was specifically based on Menecham Begin, a terrorist and Zionist who eventually became the Prime Minister of Israel.

I know I just praised the writer but dude, I know you just wanted Magneto to deliver a cool riposte and all, but, do some research.

The writer was Beau DeMayo. He was fired from production just before the show's premiere. As for why, dunno. But, rumor has it that bro had an OnlyFans page, and that may have been the reason he was let go from Marvel Animation.

Episodes 5 and 6 were excellent.

My only quibbles are that i still don't buy Storm and Forge's romance,

and that i dislike Sinister being the mastermind behind the genosha massacre.

How the Storm change her hair and outfit with electricity? I like the new look=)

Bruh 😭 what is this? Two X-Men and Pryor were killed last episode.

And the main character is on Standby 😭💀

I really liked the Shi'ar stuff I was not expecting that

Episode 6 was dope. Seeing Vulcan in that episode was cool, but I have a feeling that not much is going to be done with him.

Storm was a shining star in this episode. Weird that regaining her powers manifested a new costume, hairstyle change, and longer hair lol.

Also, Professor Xavier was in his bag too.

The shows had some awkward spots like Madelyn, Montendo, and Storm/Forge's "romance".

But the Genosha scenes and Storm getting her powers back have been great. The latter is my favourite sequence from the show.

Also the hilarity of Storm getting a makeover when powering up. The Wolverine and the X-Men design is way better than the silver suit so it's a welcome change.

The hair growth thing is new, but Storm has always been able to change her costume both in the comics and in the cartoon with her powers. It was never an important aspect of her powers though and was eventually just not used or referenced by any except the writers that know Storm best.

So finally got around to watching, all caught up! Some good stuff, especially episode 5! Also episode 6 is just hilarious with Xavier who just schools everyone...literally lol.

I also looooved seeing Nightcrawler, dude has to be my favorite X-men and I'm glad we're gonna get more of him! My guy came in clutch with saving Rogue and Gambit!

I find it crazy everyone else is barely catching up to why Scott is interesting, but it’s nothing I have not seen before from Scott. I do at the very least like he is portrayed better than the movies in the cartoon.

He went crazy on episode one and now he’s ghosting lol. Sorta like what he did in the comics when he fought Carol. He shows crazy power then he goes back to ghosting.
